Camden Green Fair:Hoola Hoops and Bicycles
Despite a downpour travelling down to London in the morning luckily the weather stayed dry if a little cloudy throughout the day. Last years Camden green fair attracted 33,000 people although the glorious sunshine did help swell the numbers. This years event seemed a little quieter but nevertheless it was still a great day out with loads to do and see.
We had a steady stream of visitors to the stall with our eco clothing collection as popular as ever and so too our green home section and eco friendly bag samples.
It was also the eco-tombola’s third outing and the last of our Recoup Cd’s were won along with some fair trade goodies.
We ended the day with a spot of hoola hooping at the hoola hoop station where many a grown up rediscovered the joys of the simple art of hoola.
We will be popping to the Redditch green fair this weekend with our showcase. The organisers are desperately looking for someone to help run some workshops for children so please get in touch if you can face paint, braid hair or run an eco themed activity that will amuse the kiddies.
