Natural Soaps From the Heart Of The New Forest
We were lucky to be exhibiting next to the very nice people from Cyril’s Soap Shed at the recent Royal Berkshire Show as part of the Eco Village. With pleasant soapy smells wafting our way all weekend I was curious to find out if the soaps were really as good as they smelled.
I wasn’t disappointed and was fortunate to sample their honey and oatmeal soap made from their very own goats reared on their smallholding in the New Forest. As someone who has extremely dry and sensitive skin it certainly didn’t dry out my skin which is a small feat in itself considering the amount of times I actually wash my hands in a day. As a busy mum with two toddlers lots of hand washing is par for the course. The soap also lathers well and leaves your skin feeling lovely and soft.
Cyril’s Soap Shed range of soaps are made from fresh goats milk with olive oil and other natural ingredients and they do NOT use premade soap base, SLS, SLES, parabens or anything else artificial. It’s good to know that the goats are not separated from their kids and have a free range existence too. You can read more about how they are looked after here
